I was raised in Northern Michigan along the shores of the Great Lakes and moved to California in 2004. In 2007, I graduated from Mesa College with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree and earned my California Board Licensure. I have now practiced as a PTA in Ventura for over 18 years, specializing in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Over the years, I have developed extensive clinical knowledge and a deep mastery of manual therapy techniques — what many of my patients fondly refer to as “magic hands.” My hands-on approach, combined with advanced movement assessment skills, allows me to identify root causes and deliver highly targeted, effective treatment.

My background in clinical rehabilitation, combined with extensive continuing education, allows me to bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy and performance-based care. In addition to my orthopedic expertise, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Specialist in Strength & Conditioning, Elite Trainer, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Holistic Health Coach, and Health & Wellness Coach.

Driven by a commitment to hands-on care, I completed over 500 hours of Massage Therapy training and successfully passed the MBLEx examination, further expanding my ability to integrate corrective bodywork with goal-based exercise programming for a comprehensive recovery and performance approach.

As a wife of over 21 years and mother of two competitive student-athletes, I understand firsthand the physical demands placed on young athletes. Our family thrives on movement — skiing winters in Mammoth, mountain biking in the summer, and spending time on the ocean exploring the islands. Keeping our children healthy, strong, and performing at their best is not just professional — it’s personal.

My goal is simple:
To provide quicker access to corrective bodywork, targeted exercise programming, nutrition guidance, and wellness coaching — all in one place — so athletes and active individuals can stay strong, recover smarter, and perform at their highest level.
